James Bitanga

James joined REAPRA in August 2016, bringing with him extensive investment and business experience in the Digital Media, Marketing, and Technology space across Asia and North America. Prior to REAPRA, James was a consultant for Axiom, mainly focusing on negotiating large technology transactions and partnerships on behalf of some of the largest global companies. He previously held a similar role with IBM Singapore. Legally trained, James spent years as a securities litigator in New York followed by a stint with the Philippine Supreme Court. He completed his JD from Boston College Law School and BS in Communications Technology Management from Ateneo de Manila University. James is a member of the New York Bar.
Laura Lee
Research Lead
Laura joined REAPRA in October 2018 as Research Lead for Human and Social Sciences. A psychologist by training, her experience includes consulting, coaching and counseling, crisis management and intervention, learning and education, organisational development, and research. Laura has advance training in crisis management, as well as counselling and coaching interventions. She is a member of the American Psychological Society and the Singapore Psychological Society and is registered on the Register of Qualifications in Test Use (UK). She is also a certified Human Capital Strategist.
Prior to joining REAPRA, Laura worked in the consulting field for 13 years developing and delivering people management services and programmes for Fortune 500 companies as well as SMEs. Over 10 of those years were spent in key management appointments and leadership positions. Earlier on in her career, she worked in healthcare supporting patients with chronic illnesses and their families, and children with special needs. She was actively involved in major research collaborative projects between MOE and NIE (Singapore) dealing with ministerial level policies, teacher preparation and development, as well as education consulting projects for other governments. She has also been involved in research focusing on tertiary education in Singapore and the region. Laura is currently completing her doctoral studies with the University of Bath, UK. Her research focuses on human capital development and engagement amongst healthcare professionals.
Priscilla Han
Business Architect
Priscilla joined REAPRA in July 2017 and brings over 10 years of M&A, direct investment and start-up experience to the group. Prior to REAPRA, Priscilla was the Director and Investment Committee Member of North Base Media, a global digital media and technology fund. She was responsible for the sourcing, financial due diligence and portfolio management at North Base Media. She started her career at Goldman Sachs, then moved into a career in M&A. She successfully closed M&A deals valued over SGD 370M across Southeast Asia, Japan and NZ at Deloitte and PrimePartners. She also co-founded a mobile discovery app, WeWantSugar and owned a cafe in Singapore called, Cups N Canvas. Priscilla earned an Executive MSc from Baruch College, NY and Bachelor in Corporate Finance & Marketing from the University of Western Australia.
Shuhei Morofuji

Shuhei is the founder of SMS (2175, TSE 1st Section), one of the largest Asian internet based healthcare information platforms. SMS has a presence in 13 countries and over 30 different revenue streams. It has either invested in or acquired over 20 companies globally. Shuhei was CEO for 11 years, leading the company to a market capitalisation of $500m before relinquishing his position in 2013. He remains the largest shareholder. Shuhei is a prominent investor in start-up companies and has so far invested in over 10 companies. His continued support of the start-up scene, along with his skills and experience, make Shuhei a sought after business partner by entrepreneurs. Shuhei graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Kyushu University, Japan.

Toby Ng
Trust Builder
Toby joined REAPRA in February 2018 as Accounts Manager responsible for the SEA headquarters accounts while providing financial advisory support to the subsidiaries and associates. Prior to REAPRA, he was with Deloitte & Touche for over 7 years managing a portfolio of clients comprising start-ups, group audits, listed company and multinational conglomerates of various dynamic and diversified industries. His interest lies in team mentoring and counselling which shaped his involvement in the staff morale sub-committee. Toby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Yuki Koh

Yuki joined Reapra in May 2021 as HR Associate. Prior to joining Reapra, she spent 3 years working in a Japanese automotive firm with experiences in talent acquisition and HR operations. She graduated from Sophia University, Japan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts.
