Yuki joined REAPRA in May 2021. Prior to joining Reapra, she worked with Isuzu Motors Asia for 3 years as a HR Associate, supporting talent acquisition and HR operations. She graduated from Sophia University, Japan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts.
Yuki hopes to develop more people-centric organisations in her Mastery by Co-Creating with Society (MCCwS) journey. She is excited to work with individuals to understand their purpose and intrinsic motivations and to support organisations to place people at its forefront while still pursuing business impact.

Sing Rui is a full cycle content creation specialist with more than 7 years of combined experience in driving corporate design excellence and digital strategy. Initially from the advertising and design industry, she branched out into digital marketing and branding in 2013, where she was one of the pioneering members in launching Spring Professional, the fastest growing recruitment consultancy in Asia. Leading the revitalisation of the brand, she developed its current contemporary style and set the global benchmark for all of Spring Professional’s 70 offices worldwide. Her extensive work in content marketing and digital transformation with the brand has also seen her awarded with multiple accolades within the recruitment space. Sing Rui graduated from the National University of Singapore with a B.A. in Communications & New Media.
